We encourage shareholders to participate in this meeting of the shareholders either in person or by proxy. Proxies shall be validated beginning on July 10, 2020 until July 20, 2020. Online voting and participation by remote communication will be available for all stockholders. Stockholders who wish to vote online and participate by remote communication will be required to register not later than July 20, 2020. Instructions on Registration, Online Voting in Absentia and Participation by Remote Communication are set out in Annex A attached to this Notice and Agenda.
