CAIRO - 13 November 2024: Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty has reiterated Egypt's full support for all the Lebanese establishments, particularly the military. During the meeting, the Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs also condemned the brutal Israeli aggression on Lebanese territory and the violation of Lebanese sovereignty, affirming Egypt's steadfast support for Lebanon's security and safety. The top diplomat stressed Egypt's full support for Lebanon against the Israeli assaults that blatantly violate international law, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Tamim Khallaf. Cairo is following with concern the aggravating displacement crisis in Lebanon and is acting to intensify the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Lebanese people, Abdelatty told Aoun. He underscored directives by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to provide full support for Lebanon in such critical humanitarian circumstances.
