The judges namely, Justices – Paul Uter Dery, Mustapha Habib Logoh and Gilbert Ayisi Addo – were part of the judges who were filmed while allegedly accepting bribes in Anas Aremeyaw Anas undercover investigation in 2015. A three-man panel of the ECOWAS Court led by Justice Dupe Atoki dismissed the suit, as he said the interference was justifiable as it was meant to expose unlawful conduct by public officers.
