Football Kenya Federation National U13 Youth Championship entered the penultimate stage over the Easter holidays, with branches selecting All-star teams that will represent various regions in the upcoming national championship set for April 22 in Nakuru. Plans are already at an advanced stage to what the event, which will mark another milestone for the national football governing body. “We are happy with the way the championship have panned out so far,” said FKF CEO Robert Muthomi. The FKF national U13 youth championship is a culmination of the 2016 FKF U13 leagues played in 43 FKF sub-branches across the country. It brought together 16,789 players in 1,348 clubs.
