The Powai police on Thursday registered a first information report (FIR) against an unidentified man who allegedly flashed at college girls who were on their way home. The incident occurred near Eternia Building at Hiranandani, Powai. It was only after the second call that a lady constable arrived at the scene, but by then the offender was gone.
