Delhi Traffic Police on Thursday issued an advisory in view of the FIFA U-17 World Cup tournament scheduled to be held in the capital this month. The stadium in south Delhi is one of the six venues hosting the World Cup in the country. - No heavy and commercial vehicles will be allowed to ply on Bhishma Pitamah Marg and JLN Stadium Marg. - Commuters can use Ring Road, Chetna Marg, Defence Colony and Lodhi Road as alternative routes for travelling in south Delhi. - The traffic police advised commuters coming from east Delhi and Noida to use the route between Vikas Marg and Upper Ridge Road.
