The spirit of togethernessA staple of Ramadan, bubur lambuk holds a special place amongst those who observe the holy month. Lee police station, involving FGV and traffic police members and using FGV products, including Saji Aroma fragrant rice, Prai sugar, Saji cooking oil, Saji coconut milk and Saji Mountain salt. The gotong-royong not only provided food for traffic officers and the community to break fast over, but also expressed the spirit of togetherness, a core of FGV’s initiative. Also distributed were duit raya to 150 children of traffic police officers, reflecting FGV’s concern for the well-being of the families of the traffic police. In addition to providing support to the community throughout the country under the ‘FGV Seikhlas Hati’ initiative, FGV also provides funding during the flood season, support for needy children and cooperation with related agencies.
