By Will FeuerFederal Communications Commission Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel sent letters to the biggest U.S. automakers and telecommunications companies, saying that connected-car systems have been used by abusers to stalk and harass domestic-abuse survivors. Rosenworcel asked the companies for details on such systems and how they plan to support survivors in their efforts to disconnect from their abusers. Rosenworcel sent letters to Ford, General Motors, Honda and other major automakers. She also sent letters to AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon.
