Six IEDs planted on N-50 national highway near Zhob traced and neutralisedSecurity forces foiled on Wednesday a ‘major terror’ bid in Balochistan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) claimed. “Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan averted major terrorism attempt through successful intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Zhob, it said in a statement. Six IEDs planted on N-50 national highway near Zhob were traced and neutralised, it added. Separately, in Sui, FC troops apprehended an illegal arms dealer. Operations are also routinely conducted as part of Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad.
