The US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has secured the extradition of a Bangladeshi national from Malaysia after arresting the suspect with the assistance of Malaysian authorities. Zobaidul Amin, 28, has been accused of operating an international child sexual exploitation enterprise and had been wanted since 2022. He arrived in Alaska, US, on Thursday and was expected to be charged later Friday, reports Free Malaysia Today. FBI Director Kash Patel expressed gratitude to the Malaysian government and local authorities for their role in the arrest. In the post, Patel included photographs showing what appeared to be three FBI officers escorting the suspect to a private jet on a runway in Malaysia.
