By Sabela OjeaFAT Brands Inc. said Monday that founder and Chief Executive Andy Wiederhorn will step aside, a year after the company said he was being investigated by the government. The Beverly Hills, Calif.-based multi-brand restaurant operator said Mr. Wiederhorn will remain as a board member of the group, but in a new role as an outside consultant and strategic advisor.
