Jamie Tighe Ennis (24), of Timberhill Apartments, Artane, was shot in the head at Moatview Avenue, Priorswood, on October 28, 2017. She appeared before Judge Treasa Kelly at Dublin District Court yesterday, charged with facilitating a criminal organisation in the commission of the murder of Mr Tighe Ennis between October 27 and 28, 2017. Det Sgt O’Connell said that because the case related to a criminal organisation and a murder, bail could only be raised in the High Court. Ms Nolan is the second person to be charged in connection with the murder. He was charged with enhan­cing the ability of a criminal organisation by buying and keeping a 2000-registered vehicle between October 13 and 28, 2017.
