Delega­tion from China’s agricu­lture sector to arrive by month endISLAMABAD: The trade volume between Pakistan and China could be boosted further through private-sector engagements, remarked Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Yao Jing. He said Chinese companies were interested in investing in Pakistan and more supportive policies were required for joint ventures. “Pakistan can enhance its share of exports by ensuring product quality and competitive prices,” Yao said. Waheed said the visit of Pakistan’s investors to hi-tech companies in China was important for exploring new avenues of mutual cooperation. The ICCI president assured the envoy of making all-out efforts for developing business relations between private sectors of the two countries.
