Police suspect that the explosives were either meant for fishing in Subernarekha river or for carrying out subversive activities by the Maoists. But the house owner managed to escape," Paswan told The Telegraph. The officer in-charge said during interrogations some of the family members claimed that the explosives were meant for fishing. Paswan said once the house owner is nabbed, police would find out from where he had procured the explosives.
