Texas also has a business-friendly environment, is located in central US, has low COL, light regulation, abundant energy. Texas also has high net in-migrant numbers because of its conservative republican political environment being a rare hub. Other factors are low taxes, a robust energy economy low COL and good weather in some hubs.
