North Korea is more likely to offer something that might limit or cap its nuclear programme, without immediately eliminating it, analysts say. “Steps along the way”China and North Korea share a similar definition of denuclearisation, according to Zhao Tong, a North Korea expert at the Carnegie-Tsinghua Centre in Beijing.
