The number of young women dying of heart disease caused by high blood pressure has more than quadrupled in the past two decades, a new study has found. Known as the 'silent killer', high blood pressure, or hypertension, as it is known medically, affects a third of adults in Britain. Symptoms of high blood pressure include headaches, blurred vision, chest pain, nose bleeds, according to the NHS.
