ETA Celtic Christmas concert will take place Dec. 23 in Shepherdstown. The concert features Kevin Elam, Abbie Palmer and Sean Heely, who are known in the traditional music community. She has studied classical music in college and was influenced by Celtic and folk music growing up. Heely, a fiddler and composer, is known for his ability to bridge Celtic tradition with classical music.
