Team researchers from the MOSAiC expedition exploring the ice floes during the third leg of the expedition in April 2020. They are out in the middle of the Arctic Ocean, actually on the ice, completing the MOSAiC Expedition. Heading for the new MOSAiC ice floe, Polarstern takes the shortest way to the area of interest: via the North Pole.
