During a meeting at Hasthampatti, he told officials that the State government is giving priority for fulfilling the basic amenities of the people and asked officials to extend their cooperation in completing the schemes. He said that ongoing works should be completed and the benefit should reach the people on time. In the evening, he held discussions with functionaries at the party office. Earlier in the day, he received petitions from the people, both at his residence and at the inspection bungalow.
