One hundred years of tennis in South Canterbury is being celebrated with an exhibition at Timaru’s South Canterbury Museum. The exhibition features biographies of 20 notable tennis players, coaches and administrators from South Canterbury, many of whom have contributed 50-60 years to the sport. Rippin said the exhibition showcases the social history of tennis in South Canterbury and prominent figures from Tennis South Canterbury.
