Police investigating the deaths of three men in their 80s arrested a 27-year-old man on suspicion of their murders on Tuesday. Chalk markings were found on the side of the homes where the three elderly men were found, just a mile apart. The latest statement from Devon and Cornwall Police, released yesterday, says: "Devon and Cornwall Police are continuing to investigate three murders in Exeter. "The bodies of three elderly men were discovered in two properties in Exeter this week and the investigations have now been formally linked. "A man was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the incidents and remains in custody at Heavitree Road Police Station."
