Many startups, messiahs of new-age digital media jobs, filling their hip, glass offices with millennials, have disappeared along with their apps. What we do know is this: in these six years, coal jobs have gone, power company projects are stalled, foreign companies investing in India have left. Subsequently, banks couldn’t pay their own debts, and couldn’t hire. And here’s the great irony: all the news anchors shouting about scams and arrests still have jobs.
