If you think they’re all coming out in support of their fellow Forbes 400 member, Donald Trump, you’d be wrong. Over the past month Forbes sent every billionaire in the U.S. a brief election survey. It also tracks with Federal Election Commission data, which shows more billionaires opening their wallets to support Biden than Trump. None of the billionaires who answered the survey say they’re switching their vote from the Democratic nominee in 2016 to the Republican nominee in 2020, or vice versa, though four billionaires who didn’t vote in 2016 say they’re voting now.
