Zak Roberts, 28, of Llys Onnen, Llandudno Junction, had admitted being concerned in the supply of cocaine, ketamine and cannabis, between April 2023 to April 2024. Officers went to investigate and there was a strong smell of cannabis. He was also assessed as low risk and that custody would now "disrupt the most stable part of his life."
