Exam marking to kick-off on Friday

Kenya National examinations Council (KNEC) acting Chief Executive officer Mercy Karogo said the exercise will end on September 30. Subjects with the project components are; Art and design, Agriculture, woodwork, metal work and computer studies. A total of 615,284 candidates registered for the examinations as compared to last year’s 577,253. “This state of affairs was simply not acceptable to the government and had to be stopped at all costs,” said the CS.
