MANILA, Philippines – Former Dinagat Islands Rep. Ruben Ecleo Jr. and cult leader was transferred to the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) on Wednesday afternoon after the Sandiganbayan issued his commitment order. Ecleo, the country’s number 1 most wanted person, has been in hiding for nine years.
