Floating Foundation founder, Craig Koning, was convicted on two charges of rape at the High Court at Auckland in December. At his trial in December, Craig Koning told a jury the charges against him were “revenge”. After the sentencing, Coronakes told Stuff she felt the prison term of five years, handed down by Judge June Jelas in the Waitakere District Court on Wednesday, was “a fair sentence”.
