Shocking CCTV footage captured the shop worker being knifed in a Gulliver supermarket, in Ulyanovsk, a city on the Volga river. A worker grabs the knife from the female attacker as the group scuffle on the floor. A shopper helps stem the blood streaming from her knife wounds until paramedics arrived. The former beauty queen was detained by police and members of Russia's Investigative Committee after allegedly fleeing the scene.
