A grand jury indicted two former Virginia Tech students on first-degree murder and other charges Tuesday for the high-profile killing of 13-year-old Blacksburg resident Nicole Lovell, a prosecutor said. Her body was discovered Jan. 30 in an area not far from the Virginia- North Carolina border. Prosecutors allege that Eisenhauer and Keepers then dumped Lovell’s body. The Montgomery County, Virginia, grand jury returned the indictments against David Eisenhauer, 18, of Columbia, Maryland, and Natalie Keepers, 19, of Laurel, Maryland, after hearing a little over an hour of testimony about the January slaying. A friend said Lovell had hoped to run away with Eisenhauer and start a family.
