The High Court has declined to issue orders stopping the prosecution of former Information PS Bitange Ndemo over the Malili ranch sale. The former PS was among seven people charged afresh in February over the loss of Sh179 million in the sale of the ranch. Ndemo said in the application that the decision for his prosecution was based on evidence gathered after DPP Keriako Tobiko closed his file. Justice Weldon Korir made the ruling on Monday saying Ndemo's trial over the matter will follow the hearing of his application at the court.
