KUALA LUMPUR: The graft trial of Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor was postponed to tomorrow after the wife of former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak was a no-show at the High Court. Rosmah’s trial for charges of solicitation of bribery and graft was to start yesterday. High Court judge Justice Mohamed Zaini Mazlan adjourned yesterday’s session and allowed today’s session to be vacated after Rosmah’s counsel Datuk Jagjit Singh informed the court that his client was too unwell to attend court, and had been given sick leave until Feb 8, due to a “serious” medical condition. His explanation provided a light moment when he told the court he Googled the symptoms suffered by Rosmah and found out that it could be a “life-threatening condition”. Justice Mohamed Zaini also informed the defence that Rosmah could come to court in a wheelchair.
