LUCENA CITY – A retired employee of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) was killed when he was bumped by a speeding automobile along the diversion road in this city late Wednesday night. A police report identified the victim as Celso Zeta, 54, a resident of Barangay Silangang Mayor in this city. Quoting witnesses, the report said Zeta was dragged several meters away upon impact. The hit-and-run driver sped off from the scene, while the victim died on the spot from grave head and body injuries. The police immediately issued a flash alarm for the arrest of the still-unidentified driver.
