PUTRAJAYA: Outgoing Immigration department director-general Datuk Seri Mustafar Ali (pic) will continue serving the country in his new role at the National Financial Crime Centre (NFCC). Mustafar, during his farewell speech, said that he had just received his transfer letter on the matter. “I have just received my transfer letter on Monday (Dec 31), under orders of the Prime Minister. “The temporary office for the NFCC is not that far because it is also in Putrajaya. Before helming the Immigration department, Mustafar served most of his career as a graft-buster with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
