CEBU CITY—A former Coast Guard member allegedly shot his estranged dead wife before killing himself inside their house in Barangay Inayawan, Cebu City on Friday night. Police identified the victims as Aldrin Cabo, and his wife, Gina, both 48. ADVERTISEMENTPolice said Aldrin reportedly shot his wife before shooting himself. Monterde said prior to the shooting, Gina went to the barangay hall to asked for the issuance of a restraining order against her husband whom she accused of being violent. Inayawan Barangay Captain Bryan Repollo said jealousy could have triggered the shooting.
