Eddie Og O’Reilly told the court he had been let down by his brother Michael and he alone had been left to deal with the matter. He told Judge Linnane that some people would now have you believe that the construction industry was again booming but this was not the case. When Judge Linnane asked Eddie Og about his Co Cavan address he said he did not want to go into that.
