Former Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Kalikho Pul was found hanging at the official chief minister’s residence in Itanagar on Tuesday. “It is sad and really unfortunate that young leader Kalikho Pul is no more with us,” ex-CM Nabam Tuki told ANI.
