Thomas Frieden, former director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, was arrested Friday in New York City on charges of sexual abuse, forcible touching and harassment, according to a police spokeswoman. Dr. Frieden turned himself in to the NYPD’s Special Victims Division on Friday morning at 10 a.m., the spokeswoman said.
