The railway authorities were scheduled to reclaim 26 acres of its land at Motijharna area. So, I wrote a letter to the railway authorities with reference to those documents. The railway authorities wrote back to the MP explaining to him that the Supreme Court had settled the ownership dispute over the land and gave an order in favour of the railway. Nasir Uddin Ahmed, director general of Railway East, said they would soon fix the next eviction date to reclaim the lands.
