Founded in 2006 by Kapur and Sameer Sain, Everstone Capital has close to $4 billion of assets under management. We are deciding to bring a chief digital officer at a corporate level who can at least start putting strategic framework for companies to think about,” Kapur said at a panel discussion at the Annual Mint Private Equity Conclave. F&B Asia is an investment vehicle owned and managed by Everstone Group to build a food and beverage services platform across Asia.
