Three years later and the pitfalls of working from home, or WFH, don’t seem so funny now. But for those now WFH, things are different. Working mums have always been at pains to keep work and home lives separate. It’s time for companies and HR departments to realise that and put out policies and statements that reflect the fact. If the economy wasn’t so bad I’d recommend giving working mums a pay rise.
