The Neolithic age reaches the Iberian PeninsulaAgriculture first appeared on the Iberian Peninsula around 7,600 years ago. In a relatively short time, these populations came to occupy the entire Iberian peninsula, where they underwent rapid cultural evolution. How innovation spreadSuch developments raise the question of whether these innovations could have spread from the Iberian peninsula. This indicates a Neolithic population in the area that we could define as “Creole”. The gene pool of the region’s present population is a union – formed over millions of years – of three continents.
