In fact, in its milestone year, the Great Delhi Run has registered an unprecedented 16,962 runners.The blue-chip event of ADHM, however, is the IAAF Gold Label race. Of the top 10 male athletes, who are participating at the 2019 ADHM, nine belong from Ethiopia and Kenya. Defending champion among elite men, Ethiopia's Andamlak Belihu is once again the favourite to win the IAAF Gold Label race.He will be challenged by countrymate Hagos Gebrhiwet . Among the elite women, last year's winner Tsehay Gemechu of Ethiopia is favoured to win again. This year's ADHM will see one of the best fields of international elite athletes with 7 sub-60 minute runners among men and nine sub-70 minute runners among women.
