Teshome echoed China's proposal and mentioned that the ownership of the process is the countries of the Horn of Africa region. China has provided emergency food assistance to drought-affected countries in the Horn of Africa. On the relations between security, development and governance, Teshome said that the linkage is very important, and there is a correlation between peace and development.
