The Ethiopian duo of Hayle Lemi and Anchalem Haymanot have won the Mumbai Marathon 2023. While Lemi finished the marathon in 2:07:32, beating the three-year-old elite men's course record of 2:08:09, Haymanot finished the marathon in 2:24:15, beating the 10-year-old record of 2:24:33.
