Ethiopian Cargo and Logistics Services, the largest cargo operator in Africa, said it has transported a hundred million flower stems for Mother's Day celebrations. The carrier transported the flowers from Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), Nairobi (Kenya), Bogotá (Colombia) and Quito (Ecuador) to the US and Europe. During the Valentine's Day celebrations in February this year, Ethiopian had transported over 110 million flower stems to various destinations acrosst the globe. Source: Ethiopian Airlines
