Ethiopian Postal Service Enterprise said it has collected 230 million birr during the past six months. The amount has been collected from handling over four million total mail traffic through the Ethiopian Postal Service's handling of letter post, parcel post, and EMS services. Hanna AreyaSelassie, CEO of Ethiopian Postal Service Enterprise, told the media the enterprise has been undergoing various reform activities. Via the delivery of products with reduced intermediaries, Ethiopian Postal Service Enterprise has been working to create more local and international market opportunities for small and medium enterprises, Mrs. Hanna related. Ethiopian Postal Service Enterprise handles outgoing mail to close to 90 countries and has an expansive network of 900 branches throughout Ethiopia.
