The event drew thousands of supporters and members of the party from the city. Leaders of the party, including Professor Berhanu Nega who is former economics instructor at Bucknell University in the United States, and Andargachew Tsige, secretary, have attended the meeting. If we fail to do that, it amounts to killing our compatriots again,” said Dr. Berhanu Nega as reported by AMMA, Amhara Regional State media. Andargachew Tsige on his part said that his party will work to ensure that the people are source of power.
