Foreign based Ethiopian Footballers are making headlines as three players scored important goals for their respective sides. The first Ethiopian to grace the Europe League Gatoch Panom made his first appearance for Russian top tier team Anzhi- Makhachkala. A ninety minute debut match meant Gatoch finally got a chance to prove himself to his employers. Ethiopian international play maker Shimeles Bekele tapped in an opener in his team’s Petrojet 2-0 away win over Enppi. An emerging soccer force in Egypt 18 team league Samouha is second with five points from three matches.
