Ethiopian Embassy in Asmara Officially Opens TomorrowSeptember 5, 2018 - The Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Dr. Abiy Ahmed, who is in a suprise visit to Asmara, Eritrea, officially re-opened The Ethiopian Embassy in Asmara. The Ethiopian embassy in Asmara will start servicing beginning tomorrow. Ethiopia has appointed Redwan Hussein as its ambassador to Eritrea. Eritrea re-opened its Embassy in Addis Ababa last July. Prime Minister Dr Abiy Ahmed and Eritrea’s President Isaias Afwerki held brief ceremony during the opening of the embassy.
